Introduction
By accessing and utilizing Jolly Green Oil's services, including subscription-based purchases, users are bound by and agree to the terms and provisions outlined in this agreement.
Products and Ingredient Terminology
Jolly Green Oil (JGO) sells two product lines. Our botanical gummies and topicals are 100% THC-free and CBD-free and are made with hemp seed oil. Separately, for a limited time, our Flower zone sells hemp flower (CBD flower and THCa flower) and related cannabinoid products that comply with the 2018 Farm Bill definition of hemp — no more than 0.3% Δ9 THC on a dry-weight basis. Flower zone products are sold only to customers 21 years of age or older and ship only where legal. The Flower zone closes on November 12, 2026.
Where the terms "hemp" or "hemp extract" appear on our botanical gummies and topicals, on their packaging, or in our marketing materials for those products, they refer to formulations made with hemp seed oil — the oil pressed from the seeds of the hemp plant (Cannabis sativa). Hemp seed oil is a nutritive food-grade ingredient that naturally contains no THC, no CBD, and no other cannabinoids.
Every batch of JGO product is independently third-party lab tested. Botanical gummies and topicals are tested to confirm the absence of THC and CBD; Flower zone products are tested for their full cannabinoid profile and Δ9 THC compliance, and the certificate of analysis is published on each product page.
User Registration
For specific features and offerings on our platform, including subscriptions, users might be asked to submit personal information, which could include:
- Email address
- Phone number
- Payment details, including credit card info
- Residential or business address

Subscribe and Save Subscription Terms
When a customer subscribes to receive a product through our Subscribe and Save service, they agree to the following conditions:
- Customers can cancel their subscription at any time without penalty.
- Cancellation can be done by logging into their account or by emailing us at info@shopjgo.com.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew at the chosen frequency, and the customer's payment method will be charged for each renewal unless canceled prior to the next shipment.
- Changes to subscription orders, such as delivery schedules or product selection, can be made through the customer account portal.
Transactions and Payment
Users hereby confirm that:
- The payment details they provide, especially credit card information, are accurate and current.
- Adequate funds are present to cater to the total purchase amount, including future subscription renewals.
Limitation of Accountability
Jolly Green Oil shall not be answerable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or exceptional damages of any nature stemming from or in relation to the usage of our offerings, including subscription services.
Termination Rights
Jolly Green Oil has the prerogative to cease or halt access to our offerings instantaneously, devoid of prior notification or responsibility, for any reason, particularly if these terms are violated.
Updates to the Terms
Jolly Green Oil has the discretion to amend or substitute these terms, including subscription terms, at any given moment. Persisting to use our offerings post any modifications indicates agreement to the new terms.
Applicable Legislation
This agreement is dictated by the laws of the State of Florida, and any conflicts will be adjudicated in courts within this jurisdiction.
