Question 1

What are your products made from?

Accepted Answer

JGO botanical gummies and topicals are made from premium, legally sourced botanical ingredients including hemp seed oil, Blue Lotus, Mad Honey, and more. They are 100% THC-free and CBD-free, manufactured in certified cGMP facilities, and third-party lab tested. Our limited-run Flower zone (21+) sells lab-tested hemp flower — CBD flower and THCa flower — that is Farm Bill compliant.

Question 2

Are your products legal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. JGO botanical gummies and topicals are THC-free and CBD-free and legal in all 50 states. Our Flower zone products are hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill (under 0.3% Δ9 THC) and are sold to customers 21+ and shipped only to states where they are legal.

Question 3

Do your products contain CBD or THC?

Accepted Answer

Our botanical gummies and topicals contain no CBD and no THC — where you see "hemp" on those products it refers to hemp seed oil, a food-grade ingredient with no cannabinoids. For a limited time our separate Flower zone sells CBD flower and THCa flower, which do contain cannabinoids; those products are labeled clearly, tested with a published certificate of analysis, and available until November 12.

Question 4

Will your products make me fail a drug test?

Accepted Answer

JGO botanical gummies and topicals are THC-free and CBD-free and will not cause a failed drug test. Flower zone products (THCa flower, CBD flower) can — heated THCa becomes THC, which drug tests screen for. If you are tested, stay with our botanical line.

Question 5

How do I know which product is right for me?

Accepted Answer

You can browse our shop by effect (Sleep, Energy, Relax, Social, Mood Boost, Wellness) to find what fits your needs. You can also ask our AI assistant on the homepage for personalized recommendations based on what you're looking for.

Question 6

What is Blue Lotus?

Accepted Answer

Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) is an ancient Egyptian flower used for thousands of years for its calming and mood-supporting properties. It works primarily through apomorphine and nuciferine, two compounds that interact with dopamine receptors.

Question 7

What is Mad Honey?

Accepted Answer

Mad Honey is a rare honey harvested from bees that pollinate Rhododendron flowers in the Himalayan mountains of Nepal. It contains grayanotoxins which produce unique relaxing and soothing effects when consumed in small amounts.

Question 8

What is THCa flower?

Accepted Answer

THCa flower is hemp flower rich in tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, the raw form of THC. It tests under 0.3% Δ9 THC at harvest, which makes it federally compliant hemp, and it converts to THC when heated. Our strains test around 30% THCa — start small.

Question 9

Is it legal, and where do you ship it?

Accepted Answer

Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp is defined by its Δ9 THC content and THCa flower tests below the 0.3% limit. Per state guidelines, THCa flower cannot ship to Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, or Rhode Island — checkout will not offer shipping there. A federal total-THC standard takes effect on November 12, after which we stop selling it.

Question 10

Do I have to be 21?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every product in the Flower zone is 21+ only.

Question 11

Where are the lab results?

Accepted Answer

Every flower product page has a Certificate of Analysis section with the full third-party lab report, and all of them are collected on our Lab Results page.

Question 12

What happens on November 12?

Accepted Answer

The Flower zone closes and the line is retired. Orders placed before the deadline ship as normal. JGO's botanical gummies and topicals are a separate, THC-free line and continue as always.
